Harvindar Singh
Harvindar Singh, the Managing Partner of Harvey & Associates PLT, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the firm. As a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) as well as the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM), Harvindar’s credentials are a testament to his dedication and proficiency in the field.
With over 31 years of extensive experience, including tenures at renowned firms like PWC and E&Y, Harvindar specializes in taxation advisory, transfer pricing documentation, tax planning, and tax audits and investigations. His leadership and vision have been instrumental in shaping Harvey & Associates PLT into the premier boutique firm it is today.
His articles on tax regularly feature in the Star. He is currently serving as the Chairman of the Editorial Board of the Budget Commentary and Tax Information Booklet which is produced jointly by MIA, CTIM, and MICPA. Mr. Harvindar is a Council Member of CTIM.
Mr. Harvindar appears frequently in television and radio interviews on Malaysia Taxation Matters (RTM, BernamaTV, Astro Awani, Mix FM, BFM, NST Online).
